About Us

Hi! We are Kate and Terry Hartung the husband and wife duo that owns and operates KTH Rentals LLC. Both Terry and myself have had extensive experience in the hospitality industry and are both by definition overachievers. We go above and beyond at each and every property and pride ourselves in knowing that we are offering our guests a superb vacation stay.

On a personal level, we have been together over 15 years and have one amazing son and 2 bodacious dogs. We do continue to have our regular day jobs but are in high hopes of doing vacation rentals full time as this is our true passion.
